Hot Chip Dip
1 16-oz carton sour cream
1/3 c finely chopped green pepper
2/3 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1 small finely chopped onion
1 Dash garlic salt
1 12-oz pkg cream cheese
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
4.5 oz chipped beef
1 Dash pepper
Mix everything but the sour cream and nuts. When well mixed, fold in sour cream and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
