Spinach Dip

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
Knorr's Veg Dry Soup Mix{1 pkg}
1 c mayonnaise
1 can water chestnut (finely chopped)
1 c sour cream
2 bunches finely chopped grn onions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
