Celery Seed Dressing

confectioner's sugar{1/2 c}
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1 tsp paprika
1 c salad oil
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed

Combine everything except oil. Slowly add oil, heating constantly until thickened. Cover and chill.
