French Dressing

1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp dill weed
basil, crumbled{1/4 tsp}
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 c water
1 Tbsp salad oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Combine water, cornstarch, paprika, mustard, plain and garlic salts in small saucepan. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and clears. Cool.
