Lemon Sauce
1/2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 c
boiling water
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
2 Tbsp
butter
1.5 Tbsp
lemon juice
Add last: 2 Tbsp butter and 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Cook slowly over low heat until thickened.
