Rosy Italian Dressing
1 c tomato juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1 Tbsp salad oil
2 tsp onion salt
1/4 c vinegar
Combine tomato juice, cornstarch and onion salt in small saucepan. Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Remove from heat and cool.
