Curried Rice Salad

1 pkg chicken Riceroni
1/2 green pepper (seeded and chopped)
4 green onion (sliced thin)
12 pimento stuffed olives (sliced)
2 6-oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 tsp curry powder
1/3 c mayonnaise

Cook rice as directed and cool in large bowl. Add onions and peppers. Drain artichoke hearts - reserve marinate. Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces (cut out tough leaves). Combine marinate with curry powder and mayonnaise. Add artichoke hearts to rice and toss with dressing. Chill.
