Holiday Eggnog Salad
lemon Jell-O{1 small}
1 cup boiling water
1/4 c cold water
3/4 c eggnog
cherry Jell-O{1 small}
1 cup boiling water
3/4 c cold water or juice (from small can of pears and mandarin oranges)
pears (diced)
mandarin oranges
Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/4 cup cold water and eggnog. Mix and chill about 25-30 minutes until starting to set.
Separately mix: Dissolve cherry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Add 3/4 cup cold water or juice from small can of pears and mandarin oranges. Dice pears and add to cherry Jell-O mixture. Pour over eggnog mixture and chill until starting to set then add mandarin oranges to the top.
