Garden Soup

1 med onion (chopped)
3 med potatoes (peeled and diced)
2 med carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 med stalk of celery (sliced)
4 chicken bouilon cubes
1 Tbsp butter
salt
2 Tbsp parsley
1 dash pepper
5 c water

In a large kettle or Dutch oven, cook onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and 5 cups of water. Cover and BB
