1 lb ground beef
1/2 c water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c rice
1/3 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 c water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
grease
Mix together 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 c water, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 c rice, 1/3 c chopped onion, 1/2 tsp celery salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper and shape into balls. Brown in small amount of grease in skillet. Drain off excess fat.
Stir together 1 15-oz can tomato sauce, 1 c water, and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. If necessary, add a small amount of water during cooking.
