Baked Beans

3 c dry navy beans
1 medium chopped onion
1 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp molasses
1/4 lb salt pork (diced)
1 c ketchup
2 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp salt
1 c water

Soak dry navy beans overnight or all day, then cook for 1 hour or until tender. Place the beans (not liquid) in slow cooker.

Add: 1 medium chopped onion, 1 c brown sugar, 2 Tbsp molasses, 1/4 lb salt pork, 1 c ketchup, 2 tsp dry mustard, 1 Tbsp salt, and 1 c water.

Mix well and cook 10-12 hours on low in slow cooker.
