Heavenly Potatoes
1 2 lb bag frozen hash browns (partly frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz sour cream with chives
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed potato chips or crackers
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 stick butter
Combine 1 2 lb bag frozen hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 12 oz sour cream with chives, and 2 c shredded cheddar cheese and put in roasting pan. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips or crackers mixed with 2 Tbsp melted butter. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle over the top. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
