Apple Torte

1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp almond extract
1 cup chopped apple
0.5 cup chopped nuts

Bake in 8x8 pan at 350 degrees until brown. Serve warm and top with whipped cream.
