Carrot/Pineapple Cake
2 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 cups oil
2 cups finely grated carrots
0.5 cup chopped nuts
drained, crushed pineapple{1 8.5-oz can}
2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
0.5 cup flaked coconut
Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
