Pie Filling Dessert
2 cups finely ground Ritz crackers
0.5 cup butter
egg whites, stiffly beaten{4}
1 cup sugar
1 can pie filling
1 pint whipping cream or Cool Whip
Mix Ritz crackers and butter. Mix and pat in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix egg whites and sugar and spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread 1 can of pie filling over the crust. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream or Cool Whip and cover. Let sit overnight.
