Rhubarb Bread Pudding

1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
0.75 cup sugar
2 cups bread cubes
2 cups cut rhubarb
1.5 Tbsp lemon juice
butter
whipped cream

Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole
. Put dabs of butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream.
