Rhubarb Cake

1.5 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups finely cut up rhubarb
0.5 cup shortening
1 dash salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
sugar/cinnamon mixture

Put in 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle a mixture of sugar/cinnamon on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
