Rhubarb Torte
1 cup flour
5 Tbsp powdered sugar
0.5 cup butter
well-beaten eggs{2}
1.5 cups sugar
0.25 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups finely cut rhubarb
whipped cream
**Crust:**
Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Press into ungreased 7x11 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
**Topping:**
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and rhubarb. Spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
