Watergate Dessert
0.5 cup butter
0.5 cup nuts
1 cup flour
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz Cool Whip
1 small package coconut instant pudding
1 small package pistachio instant pudding
3 cups milk
**Crust:**
Mix butter, nuts, and flour. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
**Top layer:**
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.
**Pudding layer:**
Mix coconut and pistachio instant pudding with milk on low heat until thick.
**Assembly:**
Pour pudding into crust. Top with Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate.
Variation: use 2 pkgs of butterscotch instant pudding.
