Chocolate Fudge Frosting

1 c sugar
1 square baking chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c shortening
1/4 c milk

Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and place in cold water. Beat until consistency to spread. Enough for 8x8 cake.
