Easy Chocolate Icing

1 cube butter
3.5 c powdered sugar
1/2 c cocoa
3 oz hot water

Blend thoroughly in bowl the butter, cocoa, 1/2 of the powdered sugar and 2 oz hot water. Add remaining sugar and water and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
