Fluffy White Uncooked Frosting

1 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
1/2 c boiling water

Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar in large bowl. Add boiling water and begin at once to beat until thick. Add vanilla.
