North Dakota Whole Wheat Bread
3 cups whole wheat
1 cup oatmeal
2 Tbsp dry yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup warm water
0.5 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
8-9 cups white flour
1 cup rye
4 cups hot water
2 Tbsp salt
1/3 cup molasses
Let rise, knead and let rise again. Makes 6 loaves. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 1 hour.
