Breakfast Souffle

8 slices bread (remove crusts)
8 slices ham (1 per bread slice)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
0.5 tsp dry mustard
7 eggs
0.5 tsp salt
2 cups crushed corn flakes
0.5 cup melted butter

Grease a 9x13 cake pan (glass if possible) with butter. Remove crusts from 8 slices of bread and lay on bottom of pan. On top of each slice, put 1 slice of ham and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix milk, dry mustard, eggs, and salt. Pour over the bread, meat and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night. Just before baking, put 2 cups of crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cups melted butter drizzled over the top. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
