Chinese Hash
1 lb hamburger
chopped celery
1 small chopped onion
1 dash pepper
0.5 cup rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1.5 cups warm water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
0.25 cup soy sauce
1 can Chinese noodles
Brown hamburger, chopped celery, and chopped onion. DON'T add salt. Add pepper, rice, cream of chicken soup, warm water, cream of mushroom soup, and soy sauce. Bake cover for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Add a can of Chinese noodles on top and bake 15 minutes more.
